At this point I am trying to add an e-mail account for Shirley Dillon. The account appears to have been created successfully. But, Shirley is not getting the e-mail that WordPress should be generating regarding her password. Is there something that I have not done correctly? It is possible that the e-mail has been sent but a spam filter is keeping the e-mail from getting to Shirley.

Duaine, I have ensured that the word press address is in the Address book, as well as my “Allowed List”. I also was able to check what was in quarantine, and there was nothing there from Word Press. Shirley
Shirley, I also could not find my confirmation and found it in my junk mail. Try putting this in your address book.

I fear that there is an issue with the way that the server is configured or it might be something that happens through the system because emails seem to get delayed from time to time for some unknown reason. You might get them after a period of time, so don’t get surprised if it shows up in a few days or weeks. Another kink to work out.
The lack of Shirley getting an email may be due to my initiating Shirley’s account instead of Shirley clicking on “Register” in the web page and thereby Shirley initiating her account. Right?
BTW: Now, Duaine, Josie, Beth, and Shirley have a profile picture of a white figure in a gray box. How do we get our profile picture icons entered/changed?
